The Express High Barn is our mid-grade portable storage barn. It provides many of the features and benefits of a wooden building while being design and built in a much more cost effective way. If you are looking for a lofted shed with maximum storage space, a high barn is ideal. The high barn is one of our most popular styles of barn sheds. These lofted sheds have extra storage around the ceiling and bigger storage space on the ground for ATVs, lawnmowers, kayaks, or anything else.

We deliver sheds in Arkansas and set up if you are within a 50-mile radius of our dealers, our delivery is free! We charge a per-mile delivery fee if you are more than 50 miles from our dealers. Once our drivers deliver the shed, they will use a mule to place the shed at your specific location. Unlike the Diamond Series, the Express buildings do not come with concrete blocks. You are able to provide your own or ask about adding them to your purchase.
For the interior of this lofted shed, we use pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists 16″ on center, which supports your flooring and gives it strength. We use LP ProStruct ⅝” tongue & groove flooring which gives the express high barn a robust and durable floor.
For a sturdier and stronger lofted shed roof, the roof is designed to be incredibly sturdy with the barn-style layout. Because our roof is 24″ on center, the weight of the roof is distributed evenly. We utilize steel plates measuring 2.5″ by 4″ to connect the roof trusses, ensuring the creation of a robust roofing system.
Our walls are installed with 2×4 lumber and are spaced 16″ on center to give you walls that will withstand severe weather conditions. The loft is also standard in express high barns (sometimes a double loft), which is what gives them the nickname “lofted sheds.” With our specific wall stud spacing, walls are 50% stronger than regular 24″ on center lumber. Not to mention that it increases the lifespan of this portable storage barn.
Our lofted sheds are built in accordance with Arkansas coding and regulations. You can also rest assured that your structure and the items inside will be safe because of our insulated fiberglass door with keys!
We use LP smart siding on our express high barns, which is termite, fungus, and mold resistant. There are also other positives to using LP siding. For instance, this material does not crack or split over time. There are multiple colors for your design aesthetic. LP smart siding is resistant to severe weather damage such as snow, rain, and high winds.
